Crown Commercial is a boutique independent real estate agency established by its two directors Bryan Block and David Grant, who combined have over 50 years experience in the industry across several continents, markets and sectors. Bryan and David between them, have transacted almost 400 leasing deals across Wellington CBD and New Zealand, to a broad-ranging use of tenants: from cafes, bars and restaurants, to main strip retail where they have secured leases for some of the largest national and international fashion brands and major banks. They have managed the sale and lease of hotels in Europe and in New Zealand as well as transacting a number of commercial property sales.
